Kenilworth Gardens Estate is a retirement living community located in Bowral in the NSW Southern Highlands. Set amongst 12 acres of established gardens, the estate offers independent villas and units along with serviced apartments within historic Kenilworth House. The community combines independent living with opportunities for connection and additional support when residents need it.
Project Goals
The existing Kenilworth Gardens website had become dated and was ready for a complete rebuild. With the brand recently refreshed, the new website needed to bring that updated visual identity to life online, while presenting a more contemporary and engaging picture of life at Kenilworth Gardens. It was particularly important that the website clearly explain the different living options available, provide useful information for prospective residents and their families, and capture the character of the estate, its gardens and community.
Our Approach
This project was completed in collaboration with Jen from Loved.Locked.Loaded, who provided the copywriting for the new website. Working with the refreshed branding and new content, I created a warm, contemporary website that balances practical information with the lifestyle and sense of community that make Kenilworth Gardens unique.
New video content was incorporated throughout the website to give prospective residents and their families a more engaging insight into the estate and what life at Kenilworth Gardens is really like.
The site provides clear information about villas, units and serviced apartments, together with the gardens, community life, support services, location and important financial and legal information. Strong calls-to-action encourage prospective residents to make contact and request a personal tour of the estate.
