The existing website no longer reflected the professionalism, experience and personalised service Richardson Family Law provides. The goal was to create a modern, approachable website that would build trust with prospective clients, clearly explain the firm’s services, and make it easy for visitors to take the next step by booking an initial consultation.
Our Approach
I designed a clean, professional website with a calm and welcoming feel, using thoughtful typography, generous spacing and carefully considered calls to action. Working closely with the client, I also helped transform highly technical legal content into clear, easy-to-understand information that speaks directly to prospective clients. The content was carefully structured to explain each area of family law in plain English while reassuring visitors they would receive practical guidance during what is often a difficult time.
The website also highlights Gemma’s extensive experience, incorporates genuine client reviews to build credibility, and provides simple enquiry and consultation booking forms throughout the site to encourage enquiries.
