Lindy Dowe Counselling and Psychotherapy is a private practice based in Bowral in the NSW Southern Highlands, led by Lindy Dowe. Lindy provides compassionate, professional counselling support for adults, children, and parents, offering a holistic approach that considers both mind and body. With an original background in physiotherapy, Lindy brings a deep understanding of the connection between physical and emotional wellbeing, creating a warm, approachable space for clients seeking support.
Project Goals:
The goal of this project was to refresh the existing website to align with Lindy’s new branding, logo, and colour palette. The site needed to feel calm, welcoming, and professional, while clearly communicating the range of counselling services offered. Supporting new client enquiries was a key priority, with an emphasis on making it easy to book a free 15-minute introductory call. Additional goals included improving content clarity, usability, and providing helpful resources through a Blog and FAQ section.
Our Approach:
We designed a clean, soothing website that reflects Lindy’s caring and holistic approach to counselling. Built on WordPress with Elementor, the refreshed site balances gentle visuals with clear structure, ensuring visitors can easily find the information they need.
Service pages clearly outline the support available for adults, children, and parents, while reassuring language helps reduce barriers to first contact. Prominent calls-to-action encourage prospective clients to book a complimentary introductory call, creating a low-pressure entry point for new enquiries. The Blog and FAQ pages provide additional educational support, answering common questions and helping clients feel informed and supported before their first session.
