Bird and Barrel is an Australian wine retailer dedicated to curating the very best small-batch wines from boutique producers around the country. Their beautifully packaged wine gift selections celebrate discovery, quality, and craftsmanship – offering customers the chance to experience exceptional wines chosen with care.
Project Goals:
The goal of this project was to create an elegant and functional eCommerce website that showcases Bird and Barrel’s wine gift selections and allows customers to easily shop online. The site needed to support custom product options, offer secure payment processing, and integrate with the client’s email marketing platform for seamless database management.
Our Approach:
We developed a stylish WordPress website using Elementor, integrating WooCommerce for online sales and the Stripe payment gateway for secure transactions. Customers can choose from curated gift packs or use the Mix and Match Products plugin to build their own wine selection. The site also includes a Mailchimp integration that automatically updates the client’s mailing list through the newsletter signup form, supporting ongoing marketing and customer engagement.
