AUS4WD is a Melbourne-based specialist in camping and 4WD accessories, offering mechanical servicing, vehicle upgrades, and nationwide delivery of quality parts. A long-term hosting client, AUS4WD returned to Rapid Websites for a complete rebuild of their eCommerce website. The business needed a modern, user-friendly platform to showcase their expanding product range and improve the online shopping experience for customers across Australia.
Project Goals:
The goal of this project was to create a fresh, streamlined website that highlights AUS4WD’s wide range of products and services while making it easy for customers to shop, search, and explore. The new site needed to include secure online payment options, support customer engagement through abandoned cart recovery, and feature live Google Reviews for added credibility.
Our Approach:
We designed a clean, functional WordPress website built with WooCommerce, providing a seamless online shopping experience. The new layout features organised product categories, brand-based search filters, and highlighted Featured Products on the homepage. Payment options including Zip and Afterpay were integrated for flexibility, and an Abandoned Cart system was implemented to help capture lost sales. A live Google Reviews feed adds social proof, and future plans include expanding the site with a blog for off-roading enthusiasts.
