  • 25% deposit to begin
  • 25% on design approval
  • 25% when the draft site is ready
  • 25% on completion and launch

Timing depends on scope and how quickly you provide content, but many sites can be completed within 10 business days once the project starts.

I use WordPress, the world’s most popular website platform (over 40% of all sites use it), because it’s powerful, flexible and easy to update.

I build websites using WordPress, supported by reliable, widely used tools such as Elementor for page layout, Yoast SEO for search engine optimisation, and WooCommerce for eCommerce projects where needed. You don’t need to manage or understand these tools - I take care of the technical setup and configuration.

Hosting and Domains

Web hosting is the service that makes your website available on the internet. It gives your website a home on a server, ensuring it stays live 24/7 so that when someone types your domain name into a browser, they can see your website.

A domain name is your website address - for example, www.rapidwebsites.com.au. You can register and renew domain names on your behalf from around $30/year.

Domain names in Australia must follow certain rules. You need to be an Australian-registered business or have an ABN, and the domain should match or relate closely to your business name.

Rapid Websites packages include hosting, and currently I only build sites for clients who choose hosting with me. This ensures performance, support, and smoother management over time.

SEO and Performance

Yes — each website includes SEO setup, including page titles, meta descriptions, and best-practice structure to help search engines discover your site.

You don’t need to figure it all out on your own. I’ll guide you on structure and the kinds of information that work best for your business and audience.

Yes — all sites are built to be responsive, meaning they look and work well on phones, tablets and desktops.

After Launch and Ongoing Support

Yes! WordPress is a Content Management System (CMS), and if you can use email or Word, you’ll be able to update most content. You’ll receive written instructions to help you.

Detailed instructions are provided so you can update most things yourself. If you’d prefer professional support, my WordPress Maintenance plans include email support. Additional work can be arranged at $99/hour (15-minute minimum).
